- Technical Failure on Yacht: With a class-certified survey report.
- Official Travel Ban: By Ministry circular.
Note: Documents must be submitted within 72 hours of cancellation.

🔄 Postponement & Changes
- Free Postponement: Can be done once up to 45 days before the reservation, subject to the yacht owner's acceptance.
- Date Change: Possible depending on availability.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: ABOUT DOWN PAYMENT REFUNDS
In reservation cancellations, except for the force majeure reasons stated above, the down payment (kapora) is non-refundable. The down payment is retained strictly without deduction as the reservation is secured in your name and the service is planned specifically for you. Refunds of the down payment are not possible for cancellations other than force majeure. We strongly request you to consider this before making a reservation.
